Must-Have:Proficiency in Interventional Radiology.
Experience with special procedures including aortography, chest tube placement, and embolization.
Knowledge of PACS and inventory management.
Ability to perform liver biopsy, mesenteric angiogram, paracentesis, and various angiographies.
Experience with catheter/drain exchange, stent placement, and port management.
Familiarity with GE Innova IGS and sterile technique.
Description:
The role involves performing interventional radiology procedures.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in this specialty.
Certifications in BLS and ARRT R are mandatory.
The position requires weekend call availability, approximately every fifth weekend.
Regular floating between departments may be required to meet facility needs.
This position will also assist in X-ray when the interventional radiology unit is not busy.
Knowledge of compliance due dates and module completion is necessary.
Candidates must adhere to isolation precautions and maintain a sterile field during procedures.
All documentation must be completed in accordance with established guidelines.
Responsibilities include patient care, equipment setup, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
This position does not require a COVID-19 vaccine but does require a flu vaccine.
