Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients, families, and other customers in a fast-paced call center environment;
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality while handling demographic, billing, and prescription information;
Document outbound call status and follow-up plans in computer systems for timely processing of refills;
Escalate complex issues to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, supervisors, or administrators as appropriate;
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain service level metrics (speed of answer, abandonment rate, hold times, and call time)
