Firstsource Solutions USA, LLC is hiring a Patient Financial Advocate to screen patients on-site for eligibility assistance programs at hospitals in Shawnee Mission, KS. You will identify self-pay accounts, initiate applications, and document progress using the hospital system and a tracking tool.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, onsite. Prior medical billing or eligibility screening experience and strong customer service skills are preferred, with confidentiality and compliance
