Role:
Northeast Region Corporate Account Director specializing in solid tumor oncology, responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to expand product access and healthcare partnerships.

Responsibilities include managing regional market access contracts with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, and cancer centers; building relationships with senior stakeholders; supporting patient access and reimbursement; collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies; and leading regional account reviews.

Qualifications:

minimum 10 years in pharma, with at least 5 in corporate account management, oncology experience (oral and IV solid tumors preferred), and US marketplace launch expertise.

Skills:

strategic thinking, contract negotiation, effective communication, account management, and understanding of EMR and order set integration.

Education:

BSc required; MBA preferred.

Experience in managing complex healthcare systems and high-level negotiations essential.

High-value biopharma specifics: oncology therapeutic area, focus on solid tumors, regional account management, and cross-functional coordination with Medical, Legal, and Market Access teams.

Work setup involves 50% travel, primarily within the Northeast. No direct supervision but extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders.
