• Help patients with mental health issues through therapeutic conversations and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with a team of clinical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• This is a Hybrid Role.

Demonstrates expertise in providing therapeutic interventions for mental health issues, with a focus on adult and child/adolescent populations. Maintains accurate patient documentation and engages in continuous professional development to uphold high standards of care.
