Occupational Therapist – Multiple Kansas Locations

Locations: Marion, McPherson, and WaKeeney, Kansas

Schedules: PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities

Compensation: $38–$52 per hour, depending on location and experience

Position Overview

We are hiring Occupational Therapists for several opportunities throughout Kansas. Available settings include community-based hospitals, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and home health.

These positions offer the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations while receiving support through collaborative teams, mentorship, continuing education, and professional development. Both new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply.

• Hospital, skilled nursing, and home health settings
• $38–$46 per hour, depending on experience
• Diverse caseload across multiple levels of care
• Approximately one hour from Wichita

McPherson, Kansas

• Full-time position
• Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient setting
• Possible secondary coverage in Lindsborg
• $38–$46 per hour, depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply
• Approximately one hour from Wichita

WaKeeney, Kansas

• PRN, part-time, or full-time schedules
• Hospital inpatient, hospital outpatient, and home health settings
• Diverse patient population ranging from school-aged children to geriatric adults
• $42–$52 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and continued care
• Participate in staff education and departmental operations
• Assist with the development and promotion of new clinical programs
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with state regulations when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current Kansas Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Kansas licensure
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient‑care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
