* Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
* Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
* Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
* Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
* Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings### Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
* Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
