Maintenance Tech and Houseman – Springhill Suites:
Lenexa, KS
Pay is between $18 and $19 depending on experience.
Requires weekend work as well as evenings.
Assist both Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments. Ensure hotel cleanliness to brand, company, and guest satisfaction while performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance for a safe environment.
What You Will Be Doing- Assist both the Maintenance Engineer and the housekeeping department
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Replenish guestroom supplies such as coffee, glasses, shampoo, soap, and other amenities
- Cleans corridors and stairways
- Empty wastebaskets
- Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping
- Pool chemical testing
- Maintain storerooms in a clean, neat, and organized state
- Water outdoor plants
- 3 or more months experience in a hotel setting is a plus
- One year of facilities maintenance experience is a plus
