Houseperson with Maintenance Skills – Springhill Suites, Lenexa, KS
Full Time Hours with possibility of overtime. Weekend work is a must. Pay: $18 to $20 an hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Sort, count, fold, mark or carry linens
- Replenish guestroom supplies such as coffee, glasses, shampoo, soap, and other amenities.
- Clean corridors and stairways.
- Empty wastebaskets.
- Respond to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping.
- Pool chemical testing.
- Water plants.
- Clean the exterior of building.
- Maintain storerooms in a clean, neat, and organized state.
- 3 or more months experience in a hotel setting is a plus.
- One year of facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
- Growth and development tools and access to learning.
