True North Hotel Group seeks a Front Desk Associate for the Holiday Inn & Suites in Hays, KS. You will greet guests, check in, answer questions, and coordinate dining and transportation arrangements to ensure a smooth stay.
We value hospitality and guest service experience, and a high school diploma or GED. True North offers an equal opportunity workplace with a family culture. Shift schedule includes 16–24 hours, mostly afternoons/evenings, weekends, with rotating weekend audits.
