At Kiewit, our people are the foundation of everything we build – and we’re committed to growing the next generation of HR leaders who help them thrive. As a key member of our Power district HR team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our field HR team, strengthening our craft talent pipeline, and ensuring our annual people processes are executed with excellence.

This is a high-impact opportunity to influence culture, coach early-career HR talent, and support the teams that build some of the most complex and meaningful projects in North America. If you’re motivated by developing people, strengthening processes, and making a meaningful impact across a large, fast-paced organization, this role offers the growth, visibility and purpose you’re looking for.
