Allied One Source is hiring a Recruiter / Account Manager to drive hiring outcomes for our Skilled Trades clients by sourcing, qualifying, and closing talent in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This is a sales-driven recruiting role
: your day is built around pipeline activity, urgency, follow-through, and closing- while delivering a standout experience to both candidates and clients.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Skilled Trades roles (Welders, Machinists, Maintenance Techs, Fabricators, Assemblers, and more)
• Build and manage an active pipeline using job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and ATS/database sourcing
• Run phone screens and interviews - evaluate skill match, reliability, urgency to change, and pay expectations
• Present top candidates to clients quickly and confidently; influence decisions through strong communication and market insight
• Coordinate interviews, drive feedback, close offers, and ensure start-date readiness
• Maintain strong activity, documentation, and follow-up habits (you know:
  speed + consistency wins
  )
• Help grow accounts through service, relationship-building, and problem-solving

• 2+ years in staffing/recruiting (Skilled Trades or Light Industrial is a big plus)
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven, performance-rewarded environment
• Strong phone presence, influence, and closing mindset
• Organized, high urgency, and dependable follow-through
• Comfortable using ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and modern sourcing/AI tools

• Skilled Trades recruiting experience (welding/machining/maintenance/fabrication/assembly)
• Offer negotiation + closing experience
• Account growth or client-facing staffing experience
