  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for the site, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Own the employee experience from candidate stage through the first 90 days of employment.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, including personnel files, attendance tracking, documentation, and required reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and consistent application of company policies and HR best practices.
  • Manage site communications, including employee notices, communication boards, digital displays, and other employee updates.
  • Oversee temporary labor processes, including agency partnerships, workforce planning, and weekly payroll approvals.
  • Support culture-building initiatives, wellness programs, employee engagement activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Champion a safe workplace by reinforcing safety policies, supporting OSHA compliance, and ensuring timely reporting of incidents, hazards, and workplace concerns.
  • Support a 24/7 manufacturing environment with periodic availability across multiple shifts.
What you’ll bring:

We are looking for an HR professional who can balance strategy with execution, build trust across the floor and leadership team, and bring structure to a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.
  • Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations.
  • Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, corrective action, coaching, and conflict resolution.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable leading initiatives independently while collaborating across teams.
