Good Life Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a personable, professional, and caring individual to join our growing Human Resources team as an HR Generalist
!
As the HR Generalist
, you will provide administrative and on-site support to our Johnson County office. You will build relationships with staff and assist with HR-related questions, as well as manage several assigned HR processes. You will also teach the HR portions of new hire training and provide HR management training.

• Administrating HR processes, including background checks, performance agreements, and employee file maintenance
• Serve as HR representative for the site, building relationships with staff and and answering questions
• Collecting I-9 documentation from new staff
• Training the HR section for new hires and providing new manager HR training
• Associate’s degree minimally required
• At least 1 year of administrative experience required, prior HR experience preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and teach in front of groups of people
• Must be able to work on site
• Must successfully pass criminal background check
