The Staffing Agency Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Lenexa, KS. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent roles, ensuring strong alignment between candidate skills and client needs. Daily tasks include managing job postings, reviewing applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating placements with client organizations. The recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, conduct reference checks, and support the remote onboarding and digital documentation processes.

The role also involves building strong relationships with clients, addressing staffing requirements promptly, and providing clear, professional communication to both candidates and hiring managers.

• Demonstrated experience in staffing services and temporary placement, with an ability to match candidates effectively to diverse roles.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting and hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment platforms and digital onboarding tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to fair and unbiased hiring practices.
• Previous experience in a staffing agency or HR role is preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
