Talent Development Specialist

Overview

We're hiring! Kemin is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team. In this impactful role, you will partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and global Learning & Development leadership to implement learning strategies that build organizational capability, support business objectives, and foster employee growth. You will play a key role in ensuring North America learning programs are effectively designed, delivered, measured, and continuously improved to drive meaningful development outcomes.

In addition, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees at our Lenexa site, supporting employee engagement initiatives, development efforts, and hands‑on HR partnership that helps create a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

This is an onsite position located at our Lenexa, KS location.

• Monitor and communicate key HR metrics and workforce trends.
• Partner with the Global Learning & Development Manager to implement global learning strategies throughout North America.
• Develop and execute a North America Learning & Development roadmap aligned with business priorities and global strategy.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership, professional development, and business skills training programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Coordinate learning vendors, internal facilitators, and learning technologies.
• Measure learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on participant feedback, business needs, and outcomes.
