The Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting customers in implementing, expanding, and upgrading the Quanum Enterprise Content Solutions (formerly known as Chart Maxx) system, including providing best-practice consultation to achieve customer’s business objectives while striving to meet documented measures of success and return on investment criteria.
Responsibilities- Assists the customer in designing, testing and implementing the Enterprise Content Solutions.
- Assists customers with developing system test plans in preparation for go-live events.
- Provides both on-site and remote go-live event support.
Required
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing and/or administering related hospital information systems
Preferred
Work Experience:
Client facing account ownership experience.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Knowledge:
- Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Ability to provide one-on-one consultative customer training
- Basic understanding of business process design principles, business process management tools and workflow automation design skills
- Ability to do process and business analysis
Skills:
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project
