Executive Partner - Data & Analytics Advisor

Executive Partner – Data & Analytics role at Gartner Inc. provides executive‑level advisory services with a focus on data and analytics initiatives. The position is fully remote and supported by a collaborative team environment.

• Manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, typically Chief Data Officers of Fortune 100 organizations.
• Deliver value through regular briefings, workshops, round tables, webinars, and attendance at relevant Gartner events.
• Apply practitioner experience, Gartner research and resources to coach and mentor clients on critical initiatives within the Data & Analytics space.
• Collaborate closely with internal Gartner teams (sales, analysts, client support managers, peers across domains) to ensure client value.
• Maintain executive presence, build trust, and deliver value in a client‑facing capacity.
• Drive member retention and contribute to regional growth by supporting prospect cultivation, account planning, and value demonstration activities.
• Work predominantly from home; occasional client and internal travel may be required.

• 15+ years’ experience in an executive Data & Analytics leadership role (Chief Data Officer, Chief Analytics Officer, Chief Data Scientist, Data Scientist, VP/Sr VP Business Intelligence, or Analytics/Business Analytics) within a Fortune 500 company.
• Modern technical and subject‑matter expertise including:
• Data strategy, governance, control, policy development, and data optimization.
• Business Intelligence, Analytics, Master Data Management approaches across industry verticals.
• Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Internet of Things (IoT), AI/BOTS.
• Agile/Bimodal IT, Dev Ops, Lean Development, Mobile app development, Cloud app deployment, Integration Strategy, API Management, App Maintenance Methods, Outsourcing, App Portfolio Management.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred location:
  East Coast or Central.
• Preferred industry backgrounds:
  Healthcare, Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing.

Competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 to $192,000 USD, plus annual bonus or uncapped sales incentive plan. Full benefits package includes generous PTO, 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, company stock purchase opportunities, and more.
