This opportunity allows you to work closely with IT and Operations Technology teams, ensuring seamless business communication and network reliability. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work. • Respond to calls and escalated network issues
• Design and diagram network improvements and maintenance
• Manage network vulnerabilities and patches
• Ensure effective business communication
• Prepare for network impacts due to weather conditions
• Participate in an on-call rotation for network support
• Collaborate with multiple business units

• Experience with switches and firewalls
• 8+ years in network engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to de-escalate issues with clients

• Experience with Cisco switches and Palo Alto firewalls
• Background in utilities and ITIL processes
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Recent certifications in network technologies
