Join a dynamic team as a Lead Net Suite Administrator in Lenexa, Kansas, where you will be the backbone of the ERP ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity to guide a dedicated team, ensuring systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. You will bridge IT with Finance, Accounting, and Operations, managing critical integrations while enjoying a collaborative environment. • Lead user and role administration, workflows, and custom records.
• Act as the lead for integrations with Service Now, Salesforce, Dayforce.
• Provide guidance and design approval for the Net Suite Admin and Business Analyst.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to translate needs into technical roadmaps.
• Maintain high standards for data migration and reconciliation.

• 3+ years of direct, hands‑on Net Suite administration experience.
• Current Net Suite Administrator or Consultant Certification.
• Deep knowledge of Net Suite security model and Suite Flow.
• Proven experience managing data flows and integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical risks to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with accounting and finance teams.
• Experience with General Ledger, AP/AR, and month‑end close processes.
• Experience with a full‑cycle ERP implementation or major Net Suite upgrade.
