Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates and payment brand requirements. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice, and consultancy on systems and ancillary products. Evaluate training effectiveness to determine if business outcomes are achieved and follow up for continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing knowledge and build new knowledge.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes, and technologies for internal and external customers.
- Maintain existing training content and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand requirements.
- Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice, and consultancy on systems and ancillary products.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to determine if business outcomes are achieved and follow up for continuous improvement.
- Tailor training content based on individual client needs and adult learning models.
- Assist with simple design projects and support new product rollouts.
- Provide on‑site client support and basic advice on system functionality.
- Support higher‑level trainers or managers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in training delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in training delivery and subject‑matter experience.
- Preferred:
At least 4 years of experience covering the full training life cycle (analysis, design, delivery, evaluation). - Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Relevant training certification is preferred.
- Professional expertise with multiple products and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cross‑functional dependencies.
- Ability to dissect and transfer knowledge to diverse audiences.
- Skill in tailoring training content to meet audience requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships.
- Comfort with moderate‑scope problems requiring analysis of various factors.

CompensationBase salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year, determined by work location and experience.
