Ceridian Dayforce Enterprise Testing Lead

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll/HCM Practice. Our client is looking for internal support to lead their projects from experienced professionals who understand their system at a module level.

We have a need for a testing lead for a large enterprise client that can act as a point of contact for UAT & Parallel.

Responsibilities:

• Identify testing activities for the customer team
• Work with the Ceridian and customer project managers to plan the entire testing process
• Check the availability of the resource who will execute the testing activities
• Providing inputs to the testing status report Ceridian is using Smartsheet and has this setup.
• Familiarity with Azure/Dev Ops which is what the customer is using for test cases, etc.
• Share updates with the project managers
• Participate in all testing-related meetings, pre, and post-test
• Validate the quality of the testing requirements such as testability, test design, and script, test automation
• Ensure the testing strategy document is completed

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start with an initial duration of at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Working Hours: Eastern-based time zone preferred, REMOTE work
