• Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud implementations, primarily for UK and Global clients.
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into robust functional configurations.
• Configure payroll components, including elements, fast formulas, balances, costing, and statutory reports.
• Oversee the complete payroll processing lifecycle, including validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Drive and coordinate SIT, UAT, and parallel runs, ensuring business readiness and smooth cutover.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide functional expertise and production support, troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local and global statutory payroll regulations, staying current on legislative updates.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including BP80s, BR100s, and user training materials.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6+ years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Payroll (Global/UK).
• Proven track record in multiple end-to-end implementations and support engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory payroll processes, retro pay, costing, and fast formula development.
• Working knowledge of related modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
