Senior Technical Business Analyst – Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Business Analyst to shape and improve how employees collaborate, communicate, and use AI across the company. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, driving smarter ways of working through collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom) and emerging AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT).
What You'll Do- Collaboration & Productivity Platforms
- Help define and improve how we use tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom
- Translate business needs into platform capabilities and solutions
- Drive adoption, integrations, and continuous improvement
- Improve employee experience through automation and best practices
- AI Enablement
- Identify and implement practical AI use cases across the business
- Turn workflows into AI‑enabled solutions
- Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance on responsible AI usage
- Track adoption, impact, and business value
- Systems & Workflow Optimization
- Support automation, identity, and access workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across tools and processes
- Help integrate systems and streamline operations
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with business and technical teams to define solutions
- Lead requirements gathering and process discovery
- Create clear documentation, training, and enablement materials
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar
- Strong experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
- Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Solid understanding of enterprise systems, security, and automation
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to balance strategy and hands‑on execution
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in large, global environments
- Familiarity with identity, access management, and device management tools
- Experience driving adoption of new technologies
- Background in digital workplace or employee experience initiatives
