Client Support Specialist II, Network Administrator About the Role
Visory is seeking a Client Support Specialist II, Network Administrator to ensure uptime and reliability across internal and client network environments. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve client-facing network issues, support infrastructure projects, and serve as an escalation resource for technical support teams. You’ll work closely with clients, peers, and leadership to maintain secure, stable, and high-performing network environments while delivering exceptional service within contracted SLAs.
WhatYou Will Be DOING
- Network Administration & Maintenance
:
Install, configure, patch, and maintain network equipment and infrastructure for Visory and its clients to ensure reliability and security. - Monitoring & Issue Resolution
:
Proactively monitor internal and client network environments, troubleshoot outages and service-related issues, and respond within SLA requirements. - Project & Escalation Support
:
Execute project-based network initiatives and serve as an escalation resource for technical support teams on advanced networking issues. - Documentation & IP Management
:
Maintain accurate network diagrams, technical documentation, IP space configurations, and related infrastructure records. - Client Communication & Collaboration
:
Communicate network issues, project updates, and resolutions effectively with clients, peers, leadership, and stakeholders. - Onsite & On-Call Support
:
Provide onsite client support as needed and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support operational continuity.
- Experience & Education
:
High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years of related networking or technical support experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Networking & Technical Skills
:
Experience supporting and troubleshooting network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless environments, IP configurations, and related technologies. - Business & Support Tools
:
Proficiency with PSA systems such as Connect Wise, ERP systems such as Net Suite or Quick Books, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word. - Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to research issues, identify dependencies, and develop effective solutions. - Communication & Customer Service
:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service instincts and the ability to manage difficult or high-pressure situations professionally. - Work Style & Collaboration
:
Self‑motivated team player with strong judgment, adaptability, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. - Work Environment & Physical Requirements
:
Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk and on a computer and lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
