On a typical day, you will engage the model with business scenarios, analytical and situational questions, and strategy-based exercises; evaluate logical consistency and real-world applicability; capture reproducible error traces; and provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation frameworks, and reasoning quality. You may also help identify where models oversimplify business processes or misunderstand how organizations operate in practice.

A background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable, and entry-level candidates with foundational knowledge and strong problem‑solving skills are encouraged to apply. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”)—is essential.

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
