This position will implement, maintain and drive enhancements to the organization’s CRM platform. This position is also responsible for managing tool releases/enhancements, handling user support, training requests, designing reports and dashboards, and providing cross-functional project support. This position is responsible for ensuring that the CRM instance follows best practices, takes advantage of advances in technology and is governed appropriately on a day-to-day basis.

  • Collaborate in requirements gathering and support Agile project methodology. Partner cross-functionality to identify system and process improvements including requirements gathering and planning future phase implementation
  • Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to Salesforce and supporting applications (managed packages)
  • Optimize the use of Salesforce by examining current practices, identifying gaps and helping close any gaps that exist. Manage Salesforce quarterly releases. Maintain the integrity of security model by understanding overall system design, and proposing solutions accordingly.
  • Partner with multiple teams to implement change in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for working with Sales Enablement to communicate new processes, technology, and assist with training.
  • Manage Salesforce and supporting applications (managed packages) issues and serve as the technical authority for team members throughout issue resolution. Responsible for issues submitted via SFDC request process for Salesforce and supporting applications (managed packages).
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
  • Bachelors in IT or related field and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience. Knowledge of Salesforce SME. Experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in SFDC administration and operational support. Experience configuring SFDC validation rules, workflows, formula fields, creating custom objects, setting user permissions, enabling field-level security, page layouts and setting up new users.
  • Project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
  • Experience:

    + 4 years of experience in SFDC administration and operational support.
  • Experience configuring SFDC validation rules, workflows, formula fields, creating custom objects, setting user permissions, enabling field-level security, page layouts and setting up new users.
  • 4+ years Project management experience. Ability to troubleshoot, identify te root cause of, and develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Additional

    Basic Qualifications:

    Must be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $ - $ annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
