** Sompo has a unique opportunity for a National Underwriting Operations Specialist in our Agri Sompo National Underwriting Department team.

National Underwriting Operations Specialist supports underwriting consistency, operational efficiency, and employee development through training, system support, and regional underwriting assistance.  The role serves as a national resource to help underwriting teams strengthen system proficiency, underwriting knowledge, process consistency, and adoption of national standards across all regions.  This position also partners with Product Owners and System Support teams to support training, system enhancements, issue resolution, testing, and underwriting-related initiatives.

* Strengthen underwriting knowledge, system proficiency, and procedural consistency across regions.
* Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, job aids, and process documentation.
* Provide underwriting oversight and review of underwriting-facing training content.
* Reinforce national underwriting standards, service expectations, and best practices.
* Serve as a resource for underwriting system functionality, workflow questions, and operational guidance.
* Partner with Product Owners and System Support on underwriting requirements, enhancements, and process improvements.
