Lead the Flow of Innovation — Supply Chain Manager (Electronics) in Lenexa, KS

In this high‑impact role, you’ll be at the center of operations—solving critical supply challenges, ensuring on‑time delivery, and keeping production running smoothly.   • Job Type: Full‑Time | Contract (12 months)
  • Location:

    Lenexa, KS (100% onsite)
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours, 40+ hours/week)
  • Pay Rate: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
  • Travel: 25–30% (up to 40% based on business needs)
What You’ll Do
  • Act as the primary escalation point to resolve urgent supplier or delivery issues impacting production
  • Drive on‑time delivery performance by identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage electronic commodity supply chains, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and availability
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, procurement, and suppliers
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for supply disruptions
  • Build strong relationships with global suppliers to influence performance and accountability
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment
  • Drive process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and operational efficiencies
  • Use data‑driven decision‑making and project management techniques to meet objectives
  • Support long‑term strategies to enhance supply chain resilience and profitability
What You Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years experience)
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and drive results under pressure
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Technical field
  • Experience with electronic components or commodities
  • Background in aerospace or aviation
  • Experience with Lean, process improvement, or project management methodologies
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in delivery assurance and supplier performance management
  • Ability to manage large‑scale initiatives and influence stakeholders
