Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for members, following recipes and ensuring ingredients and finished products are wrapped, labeled, and stored properly. The role requires juggling multiple tasks while providing member service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Production: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes, and prepare products to meet daily production demands. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.
• Technology: Use handheld tools and digital systems to make production decisions, monitor inventory, and improve efficiency.
• Self‑Management: Maintain mandatory workstation cleanliness, mandatory self‑propagated date control, and waste‑reduction practices. Assist members with purchasing decisions and product information.
• Quality & Service: Deliver high‑quality products and excellent customer service, greeting members, answering questions, and keeping the area member‑ready.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to company policies, procedures and the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments using available resources and data.
