• Develop and post delivery schedules in compliance with company policies.
• Compile and organize receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, and route merchandise to the proper locations.
• Process payments and expenses related to shipments.
• Receive merchandise, maintain the receiving area, and utilize equipment appropriately.
• Complete required documentation and merchandising of goods.
• Track and process claims for damaged or liquidation merchandise, and maintain the clearance area.
• Use technology to capture required reporting and documentation.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
• Implement mandatory compliance and ethics policies, applying the Open Door Program self‑determination policies.
• Prioritize work assignments, use data and resources, collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Communicate progress and recommendations for improvement opportunities, learning from change, feedback, and difficulties.

• Forklift Certification or must obtain certification within 30 days of job entry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour.
• Additional compensation premiums in the range of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
