Job Summary and Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Indirect Purchasing Manager to lead all non‑production indirect spend categories across our U.S. operations, including marketing, communication, consulting, HR services, supply chain, car fleet, and travel. This role will build and execute category roadmaps aligned with the company’s business objectives, identify cost‑saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive value through supplier relationships and internal collaboration.
Responsibilitiesand Key Duties
- Own and manage all indirect (non‑production) purchasing categories across the U.S.
- Define and implement sourcing strategies and roadmaps to support business goals.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for key categories.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (marketing, HR, finance, operations) to ensure alignment.
- Monitor market trends, analyze spend data, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Finance to ensure budget adherence, compliance, and value tracking.
- Contribute to supplier risk assessments and performance reviews.
- Support global or regional initiatives as needed.
- Influence others – Acts to defend Ceva’s long‑term interests and creates a culture based on influence.

- Advanced procurement skills:
Contract negotiations, strategic sourcing, supplier‑relationship lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and cost evaluation methods. - Results‑driven, innovative and creative.
- Aligns and energizes behind common objectives; action‑oriented and willing to face challenging situations.
- Ability to formulate and articulate strategy and business case, building a tactical path.
- Demonstrates candor; ability to challenge senior leadership.
- Comfort/familiarity with constructing presentations, organizational communications, and business cases.
- Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities and negotiation skills.

- Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
- Work Experience – 5+ years track record in a mature purchasing organization.
- Experience in sourcing indirect spend categories (Marketing, Communication, IT, Travel, Facilities and others).
100% verbal and written communication.
Working ConditionsTypical office environment.
Travel RequiredThis position will require approximately 10% overnight travel.
