Description
Prompt Care is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a P&L Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments, managing medication and medical supply inventory, and overseeing warehouse operations, company fleet, and facilities. Supports data analytics and formulary implementation across pharmacy locations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with the company’s formulary and vendor agreements.
Maintains accurate product and pricing data in CPR+ and ensures compliance with GPO, manufacturer, and distributor contracts.

Job Type:Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Location:Lenexa, KS
Requirements Qualifications- High school diploma required, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
- Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, Supply Chain - preferred.
- Pharmacy Technician training – preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis, variance reporting, and problem-solving.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Capable of interpreting clinical and operational data.
- Able to perform pharmaceutical calculations and prepare budgets or projections.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Participates in RFPs and business development initiatives.
- Represents Infusion Services at forums and conferences.
- Assesses compliance with rebate contracts and purchasing policies.
- Reviews purchase orders and daily reports for formulary compliance.
- Supports policy and procedure documentation.
- Manages medical supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and cost verification.
- Coordinates with Pharmacy and Nursing to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitors vendor pricing and identifies cost‑saving opportunities.
- Maintains and updates CPR+ and formulary records daily.
- Develops reports and spreadsheets for drug trends, rebates, and formulary changes.
- Supports procurement analytics and financial alignment with invoice processes.
- Assists with warehouse organization, deliveries, and fleet vehicle coordination.
- Manages promotional material logistics and supports facility safety compliance.
- Provides purchasing and sourcing support to field locations.
- Acts as a liaison for vendor issue resolution.

The role frequently involves walking and reaching with hands and arms. It also necessitates the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as needed.
Additionally, this position occasionally requires lifting office products and supplies weighing 25-50 pounds.
