Lead Custodial Cleaner responsible for supporting safe, clean, and efficient facilities by performing and overseeing custodial work.
Key Duties- Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, classrooms, and common areas, including deep cleaning as needed.
- Operate floor equipment and use appropriate cleaning methods and products.
- Monitor and replenish restroom and cleaning supplies to maintain required stock levels.
- Train, guide, and support team members to ensure consistent service quality.
- Inspect completed work to confirm standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and detail.
- Follow strict safety procedures and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Proven ability to perform custodial cleaning to a high standard, including deep cleaning tasks.
- Comfort operating floor-cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene.
- Leadership and coaching skills to train and support others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, team-focused environment.
