We’re seeking aMulti-Site Community Managerto lead all aspects of operations across a group of boutique multifamily communities in Lenexa and Overland Park. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and can balance the needs of established properties with the momentum of a lease-up. This person will be passionate about building strong teams, delivering elevated resident experiences, and positioning these communities among Johnson County’s most desirable boutique living destinations.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for monthly team commission incentives and a quarterly KPI bonus.
Own the playbook for performance. As Community Manager, you lead people, numbers, and resident experience—budgeting, reporting, collections, service levels, and compliance—so the community runs on-time and on brand.
ResponsibilitiesOwn annual budget, monthly financials, variance reports, and collections.
Hire, schedule, coach, and develop onsite team; conduct performance reviews.
Ensure Fair Housing, risk management, and policy compliance.
Oversee leasing strategy, renewals, pricing inputs, and customer experience.
Approve invoices; ensure timely vendor payments and W-9/COI compliance.
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to meet service-level goals and turns.
Lead resident retention initiatives and community events.
Monitor marketing effectiveness; conduct market surveys and comp shops.
Prepare ownership reports; communicate KPIs and action plans.
Maintain curb appeal and community standards; elevate issues promptly.
Serve as primary point of contact for partners, vendors, and inspectors.
Physical RequirementsWalk/tour community and models regularly.
Stand/sit for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Use computer, phone, and office equipment daily.
Qualifications3–5+ years multifamily onsite leadership experience
Budget ownership and team management experience
Fair Housing certification/knowledge
Professional communication and decision-making
