At Beauty Brands, our fulfillment center is dedicated to delivering products to our customers as efficiently and accurately as possible. The Inventory Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in driving accuracy, reliability, and safety, while supporting the overall performance of our fulfillment operations.
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily inventory control operations, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Analyze inventory trends and partner with leadership to implement process improvements and reduce errors
- Manage and optimize slotting and pick locations to improve efficiency and throughput
- Monitor backorders, stock levels, and replenishment strategies to minimize out-of-stocks
- Support and help lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Oversee Start-of-Day and End-of-Day processes, including order imports, workload balancing, and documentation
- Supervise, coach, and develop inventory and put-away teams, ensuring productivity and engagement
- Utilize warehouse systems, reporting tools, and RF technology to manage and improve operations
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, fulfillment, or distribution operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
