Maintenance Director – Wilson Care and Rehab, Wilson, KS

Wilson Care and Rehab is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Director to join our team. You will manage all maintenance duties for our health care company, with a full suite of benefits available.

The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant, maintaining facility safety for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include preventative and restorative maintenance duties, negotiating and contracting with outside vendors, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, county, and city codes and regulations.

• 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
• 1+ year supervising others, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficient with Windows 10, able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility as Maintenance Director and using an electronic work order system.
