Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Aluminum TIG Welder to join our team. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for performance and precision by supporting a culture of quality across the organization. This position works Monday thru Friday, 1st shift, in a climate-controlled environment.

• Must have aluminum TIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience is a plus
• Must have welding apparel (helmet and gloves)
• Able to read blueprints and inspect product for compliance to print
• Able to pass background check and drug test
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with others in a team environment and to give / receive feedback
