• Technical Mastery (Primary Focus)
  • Machine Setup:
    Act as the technical expert for our production line, focusing on hydraulic stamping presses (non‑metallics).
  • Rapid Changeovers:
    Perform frequent tooling changeovers multiple times a day to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshooting & PM:
    Optimize feed and control systems, diagnose mechanical issues on the fly, and perform daily preventative maintenance checks.
• Team Leadership (Secondary Focus)
  • Daily Strategy:
    Partner with the Plant Manager each morning to map out production goals and shift priorities.
  • Coaching & Delegation:
    Assign jobs to 4–8 operators, step in to train struggling team members, and maintain a high‑respect, high‑energy floor culture.
