Position OverviewProduction Operator IV is responsible for operating automated production equipment, diagnosing machinery failures, assisting with preventative maintenance, ensuring sanitation, and supporting a safe work environment. The role requires mastery of enterprise software, data input, retrieval, reporting, and adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Responsibilities- Check and adhere to production work schedule for job assignments and reporting times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times during duty.
- Operate facility metal detector(s) when trained and certified.
- Comply with work rules, safety rules, and GMPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and EEO requirements.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management, including attendance and operational protocols.
- Set up, operate, and monitor all assigned equipment according to established standards and safety procedures.
- Verify product quality meets required standards and remove defective product.
- Maintain the efficient flow of materials and keep work areas organized.
- Complete required documentation and system entries accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair).
- Equivalent military training or at least 45 college credit hours may substitute for technical training.
- Two (2) or more years of related production experience.
- Ability to move to all production areas, set gauges, dials, guides, and rulers, and work effectively as part of a highly functioning team.
Salary Range: $27.85 per hour. Additional benefits include a competitive total rewards package.
