Night Shift/D Shift, Tuesday - Saturday 9:30pm to 6am.
- Run the Service Bureau equipment as assigned and trained.
- Provide guidance to associates in the absence of a Supervisor.
- Work closely with Supervisor to assist with customer directives, deliveries, changes, emergencies, problems with data and special files by printing accurately and efficiently; minimize waste and misuse of raw materials; communicate with associates, customer service, and supervisor while performing laser print functions following daily job schedules and ensuring correct customer information.
- Use the ERP system to log time and materials accurately.
- Ensure all production quality standards are met by sampling, viewing, and checking jobs as they are processed.
- Help maintain equipment by placing service calls to appropriate technicians.
- Maintain inventory levels and pre‑printed items stored in the warehouse and front shelving units in correct locations, stacked neatly and in the right direction.
- Ensure data from each customer arrives on time; if not, alert supervisor for necessary phone calls or decisions regarding late data. Follow any other instructions by supervisors or management to complete other tasks, including distribution and machine room functions, ensuring objectives are accomplished within the allotted timeframe.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug‑free workplace is required.
Compliance with all Company policies, including safety policies and procedures, is required.
Qualifications- High School diploma or GED; or four years of job‑related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Standing over two‑thirds of the time daily.
- Using hands to finger, handle, or feel over two‑thirds of the time daily.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Lifting between 25 lbs and 50 lbs approximately one‑third to two‑thirds of the time daily.
- Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors) for quality control standards.
- Continuous high to moderate noise levels require hearing protection at all times.
- Safety glasses and other applicable safety equipment required.
- Exposure to chemicals, inks, or coatings requires appropriate PPE when handling.
