- Performing basic service and repairs on handpieces and small equipment as assigned by a supervisor
- Diagnosing and analyzing device failures using test equipment and tools
- Documenting device evaluations, service recommendations, parts used, and preventative maintenance in service work orders
- Repairing and performing quality testing of products to established specifications
- Providing technical support as needed on select products
- Completing assigned tasks as requested by leads or management
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess basic mechanical and electrical aptitude, and can follow standard procedures and work instructions
- Are skilled at handling and assembling very small components with dexterity and attention to detail
- Can interpret instructions in various formats – written, verbal, diagrams
- Are a reliable team player who can also work independently
- Are willing to learn advanced repair procedures and expand your technical knowledge
- Are able to sit or stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs while using appropriate safety gear
- Can commit to on‑site work, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM CT, and are available through end of August
