Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and quality control, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. This role is vital to the Rebuild/Production department, supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude.

Pay Range: $21 - $23/hr depending on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 3:30pm + OT

• Perform receiving inspections on incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met before storage.
• Conduct in‑process and final inspections on components, sub‑assemblies, and finished goods.
• Identify and control non‑conforming products, ensuring proper containment to prevent use or shipment.
• Document inspection findings accurately and certify products prior to shipment release.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts by documenting opportunities and participating in problem‑solving teams.

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of welding and/or quality control experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency with inspection tools such as rulers, tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and gauges (both analog and digital).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings for inspection planning.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is preferred.
