• Contribute to assigned area of the team-oriented production process.
• Operate automated production equipment, diagnose machinery failures, aid in preventive maintenance, and sanitize related equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and colleagues.
• Use Enterprise software for data input, retrieval, reporting, and other functions.
• Demonstrate competency for all on‑job activities affecting product safety, legality or quality.
• Act as a member of a highly functioning team.
• Move to all production areas and set gauges, dials, guides, and rulers.
• Check and adhere to production work schedule and reporting times.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Operate facility metal detector(s) when trained and certified.
• Comply with work rules, safety rules, GMPs, EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill work schedules, attendance policies, and operating rules.
• Set up equipment per procedures, ensure continuous efficient flow of materials, verify product quality, adjust equipment, remove defective product.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow sanitation requirements.
• Complete required documentation and system entries accurately.

• Two or more years of related experience.

• High School diploma or equivalency plus successful completion of a technical certification course (e.g., HVAC, auto maintenance/repair).
• Equivalent military training, other related technical training, or at least 45 college credit hours may substitute for technical training.
• Completion of the AIB "Science of Baking" course may substitute for technical training.

$27.85 per hour
