Machinist/Welder/Quality Inspector Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

Open Positions & Pay Rates:
Entry Level MIG Welders $21-$24. Machinist Level I (2 openings) – $21/hour Machinist Level II – $26/hour Machinist Level III (1 opening) – $30/hour Robotic Welder (1 opening) – $28/hour Quality Inspector Level II (1 opening) – $21–$22/hour

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

• Perform welding (MIG/GMAW) on sub-assemblies and finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate machinery and production equipment
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures
• Support production schedules and team operations

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Previous experience in machining, welding, or quality inspection
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred for higher-level roles)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
