Join our team as an Etcher, where you will be responsible for chemical etching metal plates. This role involves working in a wet environment, wearing personal protective equipment, and ensuring each plate meets measurement thresholds before advancing to the next production stage. You will also perform routine checks on our wastewater system and gradually learn to repair and maintain machines.
Responsibilities- Chemical etching of metal plates, ensuring measurement thresholds are met.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of wastewater systems.
- Learn to repair and maintain production machines.
- Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards.
- Wear required safety equipment at all times.
- Propose improvements to the production process.

Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Choose from 1st shift (6am - 2:00pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10:00pm), or 3rd shift (10:00pm - 6:00am). Enjoy a 20-minute paid lunch and staggered breaks. Uniforms are provided, and steel-toed shoes are required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.50/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
