Assembly Worker (Assembler)

Assembly Worker (Assembler) is responsible for assembling fuel transfer pumps, meters, nozzles, and related equipment while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Test assembled products to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain production standards and meet daily assembly goals.
• Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is an advantage but not always required.
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic hand tools.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.
