• Own press setups across at least two digital press platforms, following GSP and industry specs
• Verify all order inputs—job number, letter code, color type, and file match—then execute a first-article inspection before full production
• Tune press settings to maintain color fidelity and registration while meeting print efficiency benchmarks
• Document daily/weekly production, log maintenance, and report downtime
• Keep your press, line, and surrounding space clean; perform routine machine care
• Surface and communicate technical challenges to Supervisors/Managers; partner with Maintenance Technicians for resolution
• Apply a solid command of GSP workflows, processes, and procedures to keep jobs moving
• Jump in to support other departments and share your knowledge by training and coaching others

• 4-color process background (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail
• Ability to balance a heavy workload without compromising accuracy
• Deadline ownership with skill at preventing workflow disruptions
• Confident with basic math, including fractions and percentages
• Ready to pass a basic skills test
• Clear English communication (read, speak, write, and understand)
• Comfort lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime when needed
• Safety-focused and consistent in safe work practices
• Independent worker who performs well with minimal supervision

$18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
