Painter Position

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Department supporting the Rebuild/Production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Prepare items for finishing operations, including cleaning, masking, and sanding as required.
• Apply paint to components and parts to meet specified quality standards.
• Inspect finished items to verify conformity with quality requirements.
• Ensure proper identification of items with work order numbers prior to painting or powder coating.
• Maintain safety and hazardous material procedures, wearing protective equipment as required.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in painting is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
