Cleanroom Technician

Step into a hands-on, fast-paced role where your work directly supports the production of critical lab products. As a Cleanroom Technician, you'll be part of a team responsible for producing high-quality media and laboratory supplies in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Whether you're in the Automatic Plates Room (APR), Manual Plates Room (MPR), or Tube (TVS) department, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a real difference.

What You'll Do
  • Produce and prepare media used in petri dishes within APR and MPR environments
  • Clean, handle, and prepare petri dishes with precision and care
  • Sort, label, package, and palletize tubes and related products in the TVS department
  • Follow standardized production procedures to meet quality and output goals
  • Perform basic quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
  • Accurately complete production and packaging documentation
  • Use basic math (calculator) to track counts and verify quantities
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following all cleanroom and safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with teammates or independently based on daily assignments
What You Bring
  • Experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, or assembly environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Comfort working on your feet and performing repetitive tasks (lifting up to 30 lbs)
  • Basic English skills for reading instructions and completing documentation
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Work in a cleanroom or production setting with provided PPE (hair nets, safety glasses, etc.)
  • Climate-controlled environment, with some areas having moderate noise (hearing protection provided)
  • Flexible scheduling across departments with multiple shift options, including:
    • 1st Shift: Early mornings, Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday
    • 2nd Shift: Afternoon/evening schedules
  • Overtime available during peak production periods

  • Standing and moving throughout your entire shift
  • Repetitive lifting, pushing, and twisting (up to 30 lbs)

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
